On occasions, more than one person shares a goal that is exactly the same or slightly similar, so it is useful to be able to copy that goal to more than one person when setting up the goal cycle.

Administrators can easily copy a goal to more than one individual by following the steps described below:

1. Go to your Performance section. Next click on Goals.
2. Access the Cycles tab and select the cycle containing the goal you want to modify by clicking on the total number of goals associated with that cycle.
3. Click on the goal that you want to copy to multiple people and click on the three dots icon.
4. Select the Copy goal button. A new window will open.
5. Now select the people you want to copy this goal to using the drop down menu. Once ready, click on the Copy goal button*.*

At this moment, if the cycle is published all the new goal assignee’s will receive a notification informing them of the new goal that has been assigned to them. In the case that the goal cycle is unpublished, there won’t be this notification and the goal will be simply copied to the selected people.
