Invite new team members to Nailted

You can invite as many team members from your organization as you require into your Nailted account using one of the 3 different ways to add new team members:
If you use certain Human Resources Information System (HRIS) or Human Capital Management (HCM) softwares that Nailted can integrate with, the system can automatically bring/update all the information from your software into Nailted every 24 hours, making the daily management easier. See here the full list of supported softwares.
π‘If it is the first time you connect your software, the new users will be kept on draft and you will have to manually activate them from your Team section.
Nailted also offers the option to add people into the platform by importing a file, adding all their properties at the same time using a template provided by Nailted. See how to add people from a file here.
The last way of adding new people into the system is manually adding the person information into the system following the next steps:
Go to your Team section and select People.
Click on the Add People button and select Add manually.
Next, add the person's full name and email address in the text box provided.
If the person is a new employee, select the Is this a new employee? checkbox.

We will not send surveys to those members that have joined the company in the last 30 days as they do not have yet the enough company knowledge to have formed an opinion.

Once the information is added, two different buttons will appear under it:
If you have chosen the option of Configure member, when ready go to your People section and click on Draft. There you will see the full list of people pending to be added. Click on the Activate member button to send them the notification explaining what it is Nailted and how it works.
