1 How does Nailted classify employees within the departure decision groups?

When an administrator disables a Nailted user they are requested to add the last working date and also to indicate the reason why the person is leaving the organization by company decision or by employee decision. The latter reason is used for automatically creating the Departures by employee group that contains all the people that willingly has decided to leave the organization.

Departures by employee or company groups will not appear on your Groups section as they are intended for filtering information and this way anonymity is secured.

Viewing your metrics with this new filter will allow you to understand which aspects may have led someone to leave the organization voluntarily and create the strategies to prevent it in the future.
